Michelle is our only Therapist who offers Cupping Massage or Cranial Therapy.

Swedish Massage uses firm, but gentle techniques with light to medium pressure.  This soothing massage goes beyond just relaxation to ease muscle tension, increase circulation, and aid in flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage uses firmer techniques with medium to deep pressure. Deep Tissue massage focuses on the deeper muscle layers of the body. Deep Tissue massage can alleviate chronic physical and emotional tension. Please note: Deep tissue massage should not be painful. With the right technique it can be relaxing.

Cupping Massage

  60m -$115 / 90m - $145

Cupping Massage

A gentle release for tired muscles and stagnant energy. This therapeutic massage blends flowing touch with rhythmic suction, using soft silicone cups to lift fascia, stimulate circulation, and ease deep tension. Unlike traditional cupping, our approach glides the cups across the skin—creating space, movement, and a sense of lightness. Ideal for chronic tightness, emotional heaviness, or anyone craving deep relief without deep pressure.

Expect visible marks that fade within days as your body processes stagnation.

Pregnancy & Prenatal

Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage

 30m - $65 / 60m -$110 / 90m - $140

Pregnancy Massage

Prenatal Massage is a gentle, nurturing massage for soon to be mothers. We use firm, light to medium pressure. We position our expecting mothers on their side, with supportive pillows, for their comfort. We can provide full body massage or focused attention to any areas of concern.
Massage can provide much needed relief during this exciting time!

Benefits of Pregnancy Massage

       Ease Shortness of breath

As your baby grows and takes up more room in your abdomen, there is less room for your

diaphragm and lungs. This can cause shortness of breath, ribs and back pain.

The Massage Therapist will offer you rib cage work and deep breathing techniques to help open

your chest and relieve some shortness of breath.

      Ease Pain and discomfort

Muscular conditions common in pregnancy involve the back, shoulders, neck, joints, buttocks, legs

and arms – just about the whole body. Pregnancy massage will reduce musculoskeletal pain, cramping,

      tension and stiffness.

It can alleviate headaches, edema, leg cramps, sciatica and more.

Massage can treat complex conditions and presentations such as carpal tunnel syndrome, pelvic

      girdle pain and pelvic instability.

Reduced swelling.  Pregnancy puts a lot of pressure on the women's body, due to the large increase of

maternal blood & extracellular fluids. Massage improves lymphatic and blood circulation which is

critical when trying to reduce swelling.

      Hormone regulation.

Reduced anxiety and depression. Women can often experience stress, anxiety and even depression

during pregnancy.  Massage naturally helps the body to release "happy hormones" (Endorphins &

Oxytocin) while also decreasing "stress hormones" (Cortisol.) All of which may help to decrease

stress contributing to these anxiety and depression.

Better sleep.  The combination of relaxing muscles and releasing "Happy Hormones" Mama's

are often able to get a deep, restorative sleep.

Contradictions

A high-risk pregnancy: Certain risk factors make a pregnancy considered high-risk, such bleeding, pre-

      term contractions, and preeclampsia.

Pre-eclampsia: A serious complication of pregnancy is a condition called preeclampsia. It usually

develops around 20 weeks and involves a dangerous rise in blood pressure and protein in the urine

which could cause a stroke or even death.

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT): If a person has. a DVT, they may have swelling in the leg where there is a

blood clot (thrombus). If the DVT is treated and resolves, a person might be able to have a prenatal

      massage.

Placenta previa, accrete, or abruption: Conditions that involve the placenta can lead to bleeding.

Gestational diabetes mellitus: High blood sugar levels during pregnancy are not strictly a

contraindication to prenatal massage; however, a person will need to get the approval of their doctor

and be prepared to check their sugars before and after massage.

Postpartum Massage

Postpartum Massage, also known as Postnatal Massage, is a full body or focused massage for Mama's after they have given birth.  A Postpartum session is just as important and beneficial as Pregnancy Massage. This specialized bodywork is an effective and holistic approach to help ease Mama into the next chapter of their life.

While we hope you have a healthy delivery, not all receive that blessing.  For those Mama's who have had an unsuccessful delivery or a spontaneous delivery; We open our heart to you and a here to assist in your healing process.  No matter what your pregnancy outcome is, a women's body begins its recovery process. All of which can benefit from Postpartum Massage

If you have had a cesarean delivery, talk to both your doctor and massage therapist about the best time for you to receive massage.

I ask that clients wait 6-8 weeks after C-section.

Benefits of Postpartum Massage

Reduced swelling.  Massaging can help to redistribute water within the body and encourage the

draining and circulation of excess fluids.

Improved milk production. For moms seeking an increase in their breast milk supply, massage is a

great way to increase circulation and the necessary hormones to make this happen.

Hormone regulation. The postpartum body is one of constantly fluctuating hormones. In addition to

massage, the session will include foot Reflexology and essential oils that may help elevate one’s

mood and may encourage hormonal balance.

Reduced anxiety and depression. Many new parents experience the “baby blues” or postpartum

depression.  Massage can help to decrease stress contributing to these anxiety and depression.

Better sleep.  Massage can help clients relax and get their body ready for deep, restorative sleep.

Throughout your initial session I will teach you a variety of self-care techniques that will enable you to create fertility self-care routine to optimize your health and fertility journey.

Follow up sessions are typically 90 minutes, but I'm happy to work within a 60 minute session.

Timing Matters!

Fertility Massage and Unassisted Conception

If you and your partner are attempting to conceive naturally, then it’s recommended that Fertility Massage be done between the beginning of your period to the beginning of ovulation.  Fertility Massage is not performed from ovulation to conception or next period.

Fertility Massage While Taking Clomid or Letrozole

If you are taking any medications that help with ovulation or balancing hormones, a Fertility Massage is beneficially from day 1 of your cycle until the day before ovulation. Some people do not feel up for a massage during their period, and that is totally fine. Typically, we say Cycle Day 6 to Ovulation is comfortable and beneficial, while medicated.

Fertility Massage and IUI or IVF

If you are having a doctor assist by receiving an Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) or In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), your doctors will talk to in-depth about your timing.

IUI: Fertility Massage can be done Cycle Day 1 up to ovulation.

IVF: Fertility Massage can be done up until implantation, but with a few changes based on your personal timeline.

Up until egg retrieval, I will omit the endocrine reflexology as you have enough medications stimulating those organs. Between egg retrieval and implantation, I will still use the castor oil packs, but omit those endocrine reflexology points.

I will be mindful of working with those who are receiving any hormone shot, as those areas can become very uncomfortable. Please do not hesitate to speak up, during any session, if you have sore areas anywhere on your body.

Fertility Massage After Ovulation

I’m happy to provide a traditional massage or Reiki (with Sarah) after ovulation, but I avoid the deep abdominal work and the reflexology associated with the fertility massage. While a massage will not cause a miscarriage, I am mindful to not use any techniques that may hinder conception or implantation.

Note:

Massage Therapy is safe for all stages of pregnancy, even when you do not know you are pregnant.

Fertility specific massage is a specialty form of massage that is intend only when there is no chance of being pregnant.

Labor Induction
Massage

 90m - $150

Labor Induction Massage

Induction Massage is for full-term mothers near or past their due date, hoping to induce labor naturally. Induction Massage is offered once a mother has reached 39 weeks of gestation, or earlier in special circumstances such as prior to a scheduled induction. If you would like an induction massage before 39 weeks, I ask for a doctor’s or midwife’s note.

This therapy includes a combination of Relaxation Massage, Acupressure and Reflexology - - these are the areas avoided during pregnancy massage. Essential oils and visualization are included in the session.

Studies show that stimulating the induction points helps raise oxytocin levels (the hormones needed to give birth) to a peak around 7-8 hours after the massage; generally speaking, if baby is ready, labor would then begin within 24-48 hours. If a mother’s body and baby are not ready, induction massage will help the cervix to ripen, efface and dilate, but labor will not begin until baby’s gestation is truly complete.

Induction Massage can be a wonderful time for a mother to process her feelings about her upcoming birth and ask last-minute childbirth questions.
