Heidi, a New England native, began her journey with Bodywork at the end of the 1990's. Studying in both New Hampshire and Maine she gained her licenses in Massage Therapist. She later went on to peruse additional certifications in Pregnancy Massage, Pediatric Massage and Fertility Massage.

After practicing many years on the Seacoast, Heidi ventured out to Colorado. There she was blessed to work with a skilled Chiropractor/Acupuncturist, who helped fine tune her skills in treating the body as a whole.

Heidi's practice thrived for 5 years before a new life chapter brought her and her young family back to her home state of New Hampshire. There they settled in the beautiful town of Henniker.

In 2018, Heidi opened Henniker Massage. She has since enjoyed bringing her skilled touch and compassionate healing to the community, while enjoying getting to know her wonderful clients.

She looks forward to providing her therapeutic approach, as well as bringing other therapist to Henniker Massage to share their own healing modalities.

Catherine has been emerged in holistic bodywork since the late 1970's. A passion for Reiki & Shamanism brought her to Peru for years of in-depth training. With a profound foundation in energy work, she gained her Massage License in the late 1990's in Manchester NH. She has since been tailoring her sessions, for each client specific needs, with a combination of energy work and manual massage.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage uses firm, but gentle techniques with light to medium pressure.  This soothing massage goes beyond just relaxation to ease muscle tension, increase circulation, and aid in flexibility.

DEEP TISSUE

Deep Tissue Massage uses firmer techniques with medium to deep pressure. Deep Tissue massage focuses on the deeper muscle layers of the body. Deep Tissue massage can alleviate chronic physical and emotional tension. Please note: Deep tissue massage should not be painful. With the right technique it can be relaxing.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Prenatal Massage is a gentle, nurturing massage for soon to be mothers. We use firm, light to medium pressure. We position our expecting mothers on their side, with supportive pillows, for their comfort. We can provide full body massage or focused attention to any areas of concern. Massage can provide much needed relief during this exciting time!
