Licensed Massage Therapist
Heid, began her journey with Bodywork at the end of the 1990's.
She studied in both New Hampshire and Maine.
Early in her career, she went on to peruse in-depth training in Fertility Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Postpartum Massage & Infant Massage.
After practicing many years on the Seacoast, Heidi ventured out to Colorado. There she was blessed to work with a skilled Chiropractor/Acupuncturist, who helped fine tune her skills in treating the body as a whole.
In 2018, Heidi opened Henniker Massage.
She has since enjoyed bringing her skilled touch and compassionate healing to the community.
In 2022, she welcomed two additional therapists to her team.
In 2023, Heidi expanded Henniker Massage. She moved her office to a bigger space Hopkinton NH and added another wonderful therapist to her team.

Heidi believes that most people can benefit from massage therapy and prides herself on keeping Henniker Massage prices at reasonable prices.

Jules Shackelford
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jules benefitted from Massage Therapy early on in her own life, which sparked a passion that became a lifetime pursuit.
​
She studied in British Columbia, Canada. Then went on to have a thriving practice before life brought her to NH in 2022.
​
Julienne specializes in a unique combination of myofascial release, joint traction, active/passive release & cranial sacral. She pairs it with Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques.
​
Jules particularly enjoys working with patients with chronic pain, TMJ disorders, & car accident injuries.

Catherine Amsden
Licensed Massage Therapist
Catherine has been emerged in holistic bodywork since the late 1970's.
​
A passion for Reiki & Shamanism brought her to Peru for years of in-depth training.
​
With a profound foundation in energy work, she gained her Massage License in the late 1990's in Manchester NH. She has since been tailoring her sessions, for each client specific needs, with a combination of energy work and manual massage.

Offers: Reiki, Swedish, Hypnosis, Medium-Deep Tissue sessions.

Lea Palizzolo
Licensed Massage Therapist
Lea has been practicing since the early 2010’s.
She has spent her career working in Chiropractic offices, Rehab Clinics, Spas, and Health Clinics. She brings her knowledge and compassion to every massage. Striving to individualize each session for every client.
She now focuses her career on a more therapeutic level, offering Deep Tissue sessions.
